ACSR CRS Splice (Corrosion Resistant Splice)
MPS CRS - Corrosion Resistant Splice automatic splices are used on ACSR, AAC, AAAC conductor.
Features:
- Pop up tab to verify proper insertion, vent holes for moisture removal and air cooling
- Stainless steel spring and pilot cup to improve corrosion performance
- Advanced synthetic inhibitor for superior corrosion protection.
Rated to hold a minimum of 95% of RBS of the strand used.
ANSI C119.4 Full Tension Class A connector with color coded strand guide for easy identification.

A minimum tension of 15% of the rated breaking strength of the conductor is recommended for a superior electrical connection.
